FlyForward is a regional coalition-funded initiative to retrain the 340-person ground and maintenance workforce at Santa Noeta Regional Airport (STQ) for clean energy infrastructure operations. The airport begins operating zero-emission systems in 2028. The Consortium is the human infrastructure partner.
